Delivery

Once your order is placed, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to prepare it from our logistics center based in France.

The delivery will take 2 – 5 days to Europe, 4 – 6 days to USA / Canada and 6 – 9 days to other countries. Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24/48 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.

Zinello Design currently delivers to France, as well as to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden and United Kingdom

Delivery costs 5.95€ and is free for orders over 50€.

During certain promotional events, we offer free delivery.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with the tracking number of the package.

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the carrier system. Please note that during this time, your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at the carrier tracking website.

We use the postal services of different countries to ship your order.

We dispatch our packages from our warehouse in France or from the warehouses of our logistics provider based in France, Germany, or Italy, depending on the ordered product and the location of our customers.

Please note that it is the carriers who decide the delivery time of your order.

If you are not at home during the carrier’s visit, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your package.

You will need to go to the specified location with the delivery notice and your identification.

Don’t worry, if your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately, and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

Payment

Choose the product(s) that correspond to your coupon code and add them to your cart.

Once this is done, proceed to checkout by clicking on “Payment.” On the Payment page, click the link “Do you have a coupon code? Click here to enter your code,” then enter your coupon code.

The discount will be automatically applied.

To apply your promotional code, you need to proceed to checkout by clicking on “Payment,” which will confirm your selection. Once on the payment page, you can apply your promotional code.

After completing the validation, a summary will be displayed with the updated price.

The site you are visiting is on a server in HTTPS (the small green padlock on the left side of this page’s URL is there to remind you).

Most websites only secure their “shopping cart” and anything related to the order payment. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software.

Regarding payments, we use Stripe and Paypal, which are the benchmarks for transaction security on the Internet.

In summary, you can order with confidence.

You can pay by Credit Card or through PayPal on our website (Bancontact in Belgium). We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, please email contact@zinellodesign.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 15 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Please note that if 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

    • Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one.
    • Email your returns form along with a photo of the products you are returning to contact@zinellodesign.com
    • Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.
    • Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
    • Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
    • Send a follow up email with your tracking information to contact@zinellodesign.com
    • Enclose your goods, and return to the return address provided by email.

Returns Terms and Guidelines: 

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved – without approval it may result in your return not being processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 2-3 business day.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
